The mAT-K100 provides automatic antenna tuning across the entire HF spectrum plus 6 meters, at power levels up to 120 watts. It will tune dipoles, verticals, Yagis, or virtually any coax-fed antenna. It will match an amazing range of antennas and impedances, far greater than some other tuners you may have considered, including the built-in tuners on many radios.

The mAT-K100 is an automatic antenna tuner specially designed for modern ICOM and KENWOOD HF transceivers. It has two control cables to choose from: mAT-CI and mAT-CK. They are suitable for ICOM and KENWOOD transceivers respectively. With matching control cables, tuners can be used for corresponding transceivers. mAT-K100 standard accessories only contain KENWOOD control cable mAT-CK, if you need mAT-CI, please buy more.

When mAT-K100 is used in ICOM transceiver through mAT-CI control cable, it is fully compatible with the original AH-3 and AH-4 automatic tuners of ICOM. Transceivers that can use both ICOM tuners can also use mAT-K100, which includes IC-706, 703, 718, 7000, 7100, 7200, 7300, 7410, 746, 756, 7600 series transceivers.

When the tuner is used in KENWOOD transceiver through mAT-CK control cable, it is fully compatible with KENWOOD original tuners, such as AT-250, AT-300. KENWOOD transceivers that can use mAT-K100 are TRC-80, TK-80, TS-2000, 50, 450, 480SAT (excluding HX version), 570, 590, 850, 870, 990, etc. Other types of transceivers can use mAT-K100 as long as they support KENWOOD AT-300 tuners. KENWOOD TS-430, TS-440 are too old to use this tuner.

The mAT-K100 has 16,000 frequency memories. When tuning on or near a previously tuned frequency, the mAT-K100 uses “Memory Tune” to recall the previous tuning parameters in a fraction of a second. If no memorized settings are available, the tuner runs a full tuning cycle, storing the parameters for memory recall on subsequent tuning cycles on that frequency. In this manner, the mAT-K100 “learns” as it is used, adapting to the bands and frequencies as it goes.

As shown above, the front panel of the mAT-K100 is very simple. There are two indicator lights on the front panel, which are used to display the online/bypass status of the tuner and the power supply respectively.

There are two kinds of control cables for mAT-K100: KENWOOD and ICOM. The control cable provides control signals between transceivers and tuner, and power supply for tuner. When the tuner starts, it can automatically identify whether the KENWOOD transceiver is currently connected or ICOM , and work with the corresponding software without any settings by the operator.

circumstances and installations it can mean the difference between white noise.

   The HF mobiles can be angled horizontal or at a more vertical angle if
space is an issue.

    Please ensure that the angle mounts are tightened up with
the Allen key provided.

whip  up & down until SWR is

HF360 is an end fed vertical antenna, capable of allowing the user to work 80
meters through to 6 meters using an ATU.
The antenna can be pole mounted at ground level or elevated depending on
the user’s personal requirements. The antenna is rated at 400W pep.  The antenna comes with fixings and
installation guide.

How it works: The antenna is
fed using 50 Ohm coax via a SO-239 socket at the base of the unit. A 6:1 UNUN
transformer is located in an IP65 weather sealed box at the bottom of the
bracket section of the fibre glass elements. The antenna comes in four parts,
three  fibreglass poles and one stainless
steel tapered whip. The transformer reduces the impedance at the feed point to
a more acceptable level making the antenna much more efficient and allowing
proper and easy tuning via an external ATU and
automatic ATU’s found in most modern radios.

The antenna can be grounded
if the user experiences excessive local static noise, but as the UNUN is DC grounded:
grounding will not affect the tuning ratios.

The Highlighted bands in the chart below will require a manual ATU, the others an internal ATU.

The Skipmaster 5/8  is a high performance base station antenna.
The top section has  2 tuneable whips which
can be adjusted up or down to suit your desired frequency band.
The total bandwidth with tuning is 4 MHz, from 26 to 30 MHz. This makes it ideal for CB 10
Metre band as well as DX’ing. The construction is 3 sections of  fibreglass
and 2 small  stainless steel tuning whips.

The total length including the whip is 14 foot 3 inches/4.35m making it more stable in high winds.

Although the antenna is shorter in length than ½ wave Skip Master version, the coil design on the top section is
reported to achive 1 extra S point. The Skipmaster 5/8 fibreglass antenna is weatherproof to enable many
years of use.

The bhi NCH active noise cancelling headphones (ANC) do not work like our other DSP noise cancelling products but effectively reduce external ambient background noise enabling you to concentrate more and enjoy your listening experience when listening in a noisy environment.  The over-ear style NCH headphones also give good passive audio isolation from external noise.

Using Your Headphones

They are an excellent choice for those wanting to reduce aircraft cabin noise, air conditioning noise, train noise, ambient background noise and similar types of continuous environmental noise so that they can enjoy a much improved listening experience. They are especially good to use on a train or airplane whilst listening to audio or watching a video.  The adjustable headband and soft over-ear pads make sure that the headphones are a comfortable fit.  The NCH headphones require one AAA alkaline battery (supplied) and the active noise cancellation can be easily switched on and off with the simple switch, and a green LED indicates whether it is active or not.

Active Noise Cancellation

The bhi NCH headphones do not work like our other DSP noise cancelling products but use active noise-cancelling technology (ANC) to reduce distracting background noise, providing a comfortable and restful listening environment in areas with high ambient noise. The NCH noise-cancelling headphones feature a miniature microphone in the earpiece that picks up ambient noise (like traffic noise and aircraft cabin noise). The electronics in the ear piece invert the ambient noise by 180° out of phase with the external ambient noise. This has the effect of cancelling out the annoying ambient noise without diminishing the audio you are listening to, resulting in much improved listening experience.
