The LDG AT-897 is a dedicated automatic antenna tuner specifically designed to fit neatly on the Yaesu FT-897 and FT-897D transceivers, offering seamless integration and auto-tuning across a wide range of HF and 6m frequencies. The AT-897 mounts directly to the side of the radio using the supplied bracket and connects via the radio’s CAT and power ports—no extra cables needed. It tunes wire antennas, verticals, dipoles, and more, handling up to 100 watts and tuning mismatches up to 10:1.
