It features dual microphone elements, selectable polar patterns, audio controls and cross-brand compatibility, making it a versatile premium microphone for the modern amateur radio station.
Perfectly suited to Icom base stations and transceivers including the IC-7760, IC-7610, IC-7300 series, IC-718 and IC-9700.
The SM-J1 has been engineered with one priority in mind: outstanding on-air audio.
Two dynamic microphone elements work together to deliver rich, clear and natural-sounding transmit audio.
The design also helps minimise low-frequency air pressure, reducing breath pops and plosives while maintaining excellent vocal clarity.
