One of the things that instantly strikes you about this new model is how sleek and lightweight it is. But don’t let size fool you…inside the ID-31E is an integrated GPS receiver and fully functional D-Star radio. This gives you the capability to communicate across the globe using the D-Star network but also to track and display GPS information including position, altitude and movement.
ID-31E PLUSThe ID-31E PLUS UHF digital D-STAR handportable provides a great jumping on point into the fabulous world of D-STAR Digital Amateur Radio. This radio will allow you to communicate digitally with other enthusiasts across the worldwide network of connected repeaters and internet gateway. Or if you prefer, you can just use it as a regular conventional analogue radio.
ID-51EEvolving from Icom’s popular ID-31E D-STAR portable, the ID-51E Dual Band D-STAR handportable possesses new features including dualwatch, 500 extra memory channels (for a total of 1,752 channels), automatic position reply (DV), repeater search functions and AM/FM Receivers.
ID-51E PLUSID-51E PLUS incorporates popular features found in the original including integrated GPS, an independent AM/FM receiver and V/V, U/U, V/U Dualwatch, but also includes enhancements for digital operation and compatibility with the RS-MS1A free Android application.
ID-51E PLUS2The ID-51E PLUS2 is the latest generation of D-STAR handportable from Icom. This new model incorporates popular features found in the original including integrated GPS, an independent AM/FM receiver and V/V, U/U, V/U Dualwatch, but now includes new ‘Terminal Mode’ and ‘Access Point Modes’ enabling you to make D-STAR Callsign routed calls through the Internet, even from areas where no D-STAR repeater is accessible.
ID-52EThe ID-52E is a VHF/UHF dual band radio with D-STAR and FM dual mode functions. The ID-52E supports conventional FM communications as well as D-STAR simplex, repeater, regional, and worldwide calls over the D-STAR Internet gateway. With the ID-52E, you can call a friend in another city, or even internationally through D-STAR repeaters, with digital clear audio. In addition, the ID-52E can send digital voice with data, text messages, GPS location information and pictures.
ID-52E PLUSThe popular ID-52E D-STAR transceiver just gets more useful. Terminal mode and Access Point mode, which previously required a cable connection, can now connect to an Android™ device via Bluetooth® technology. In addition, dual operation of Terminal mode and Simplex/Repeater operations is now possible. Moreover, an industry standard USB Type-C™ port for convenient USB Type-C™ charging is newly adopted.
