32-Bit IF DSP for Effective QRM Rejection
The Yaesu FT-891 utilizes a powerful 32-bit high-speed floating point DSP (up to 3000 MIPS) to effectively cancel or reduce random HF band noise (DNR). The optimized AUTO NOTCH (DNF), CONTOUR, and APF functions enhance weak signal clarity, making HF operation smoother and more efficient.
