The Yaesu FTDX10 employs Yaesu’s acclaimed Hybrid SDR architecture, combining Narrow Band SDR and Direct Sampling SDR. This dual structure delivers both remarkable reception capabilities and real-time digital spectrum display functionality.
Inheriting the high-performance Down Conversion receiver design from the FTDX101 series, the Yaesu FTDX10 incorporates a 9MHz first IF and three roofing filters (500Hz, 3kHz, and 12kHz). This allows for outstanding signal clarity and multi-signal reception. Key receiver metrics include:

Close-in BDR: 141dB+
3rd Order IMDR: 109dB+ (14MHz at 2kHz separation)
The FTDX10 uses a 250MHz High Resolution Direct Digital Synthesizer (HRDDS), achieving phase noise performance of -145dB or better (14MHz at 2kHz separation), for clean and quiet reception.
A full-color 5-inch TFT touch display delivers a 3DSS (3-Dimensional Spectrum Stream) view. It supports intuitive frequency control via touch input, numeric keypad, and traditional dial tuning. MULTI display modes, FIX/Cursor/Center options, and RX status overlays are all included.
The MPVD (Multi-Purpose VFO Outer Dial) gives users enhanced control over clarifier, memory recall, and custom functions. Designed with operating efficiency in mind, the Yaesu FTDX10 front panel is intuitive and professional.
With the optional SCU-LAN10 unit and LAN Remote Control Software, the FTDX10 can be operated remotely across a home network. The software enables full control of the transceiver and spectrum scope, even from a different room or building.
